Remove back deck and side wood pathway.

Remove debris, garbage, and obstructions.

Prep machine access for backyard excavation.

Mobilize excavator and equipment to site.

Clear unwanted plant/tree material and waste.

Remove rocks and flowerbeds as discussed.

Remove stumps incl. hidden stump under old path.

Remove top 2" of soil from backyard.

Rough grade backyard to natural slope for drainage.

Excavate for new retaining wall footprint.

Remove existing retaining wall material.

Supply and compact gravel base for wall.

Install wall formwork, rebar, and chamfer edges.

Install drain tile at wall base.

Pour concrete retaining wall incl. 90° corner (~15ft).

Strip concrete forms after cure window.

Backfill behind retaining wall in lifts.

Install catch basins, drain rock & filter cloth by house.

Break oversized rocks with expanding grout; remove.

Pour 3 concrete stairs into sloped yard section.

Replace dirt from driveway to backyard.

Rake, sift, fine grade backyard for sod.

Prep hole in driveway for concrete patch.

Install and water new sod in backyard.

Remove railings and inspect framing.

Reframe deck; install doubled-up LVL beams.

Install hidden gutters, fascia, T&G plywood, flashing.

Fill seams, install vinyl membrane and sealing.

Install new railing (color TBD).

Hook up drain pipe for front deck seamless gutters.

Add landing; new stairs to pad/pavers.

Repair rotted deck boards at house connection.

Final site cleanup and debris removal.
